1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Association of Paschimpara Sports (APS), submitting a membership application, participating in any APS organized activities, competitions, training programs, meetings, or events, or representing APS in any official or unofficial capacity, whether as a player, member, volunteer, official, supporter, or representative, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are legally and ethically bound by these Terms of Service, organizational policies, rules, regulations, and any additional guidelines established by APS management.
Your participation shall constitute a full and unconditional acceptance of all current APS rules as well as any future amendments that may be introduced for the purpose of improving organizational structure, maintaining discipline, ensuring safety, protecting members, promoting fair play, or supporting the long term development of the Association of Paschimpara Sports.
APS reserves the absolute and discretionary right to modify, update, expand, or remove any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice when such changes are considered necessary for organizational governance, operational efficiency, risk management, conflict resolution, or community welfare.
APS may also introduce new policies, codes of conduct, disciplinary procedures, or participation requirements as part of its ongoing development.
It shall be the responsibility of all members to remain informed about current rules and regulations. Continued membership, participation, or association with APS following any rule modifications shall automatically constitute acceptance of those updated terms. If any individual does not agree with any part of the updated policies, that individual retains the right to voluntarily withdraw from APS participation.
Failure to comply with APS Terms of Service, whether due to negligence, intentional misconduct, or refusal to follow organizational authority, may result in disciplinary measures including warnings, temporary suspension, removal from activities, or permanent termination of membership depending on the seriousness of the violation.
APS maintains the authority to interpret these Terms and its decisions regarding interpretation and enforcement shall be considered final in order to preserve stability, fairness, and organizational discipline.
2. Membership Eligibility and Responsibilities
Membership within the Association of Paschimpara Sports (APS) shall be considered a privilege granted by the organization and not an automatic or guaranteed right for any individual. APS maintains the authority to carefully evaluate all membership applications in order to protect the integrity, discipline, and long-term interests of the organization. All applicants seeking membership must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and must not intentionally provide false, misleading, or incomplete details. APS reserves the right to verify information when necessary to ensure transparency and fairness.
All members are expected to maintain honesty, integrity, and good moral character throughout the duration of their association with APS. Members must demonstrate respectful behavior toward fellow members, players, officials, organizers, volunteers, and management personnel at all times, whether during matches, training sessions, meetings, or any APS related activities. Members are further expected to contribute positively toward building a healthy sporting culture by encouraging teamwork, promoting fair competition, supporting fellow participants, and maintaining a cooperative environment that reflects the values and objectives of APS.
APS reserves the full and exclusive right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership applications at its sole discretion if it determines that acceptance or continuation of membership may negatively affect the discipline, reputation, unity, safety, or operational stability of the organization. APS shall not be obligated to publicly disclose detailed reasons for such decisions if doing so could create further conflict or organizational disruption.
All members shall be required to comply with all existing and future APS rules, policies, codes of conduct, and administrative decisions. Members are expected to respect the authority of APS leadership and accept organizational decisions made in good faith for the benefit of the association. Members must also refrain from engaging in any behavior, action, communication, or activity that may harm the public image, internal unity, development goals, or operational effectiveness of APS.
Any member found engaging in activities that intentionally damage the reputation of APS, create internal division, disobey organizational policies, or undermine the authority of APS management may be subject to disciplinary action including warnings, suspension, restriction of participation privileges, or permanent termination of membership depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
By accepting membership, each member acknowledges their responsibility not only to follow APS rules but also to act as a responsible representative of the organization within the community and to uphold the values of discipline, respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship that APS seeks to promote.
3. Code of Conduct and Behavioral Standards
All members, players, and participants are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of sportsmanship, discipline, and ethical behavior. APS strictly promotes respect, equality, teamwork, and fair competition. Any behavior that contradicts these values will be considered a violation of organizational standards.
Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to physical violence, verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination based on personal characteristics, cheating, intentional rule violations, intimidation, or any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment. APS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward serious misconduct and reserves the authority to take appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary to protect the integrity of the organization.
4. Player Duties and Sporting Responsibilities
Players representing APS are expected to demonstrate dedication, discipline, and professionalism both on and off the field. Every player must respect match schedules, attend practices regularly, follow coaching instructions, and maintain proper physical fitness appropriate for competition. Players are also expected to use appropriate sports equipment, maintain team uniforms properly, and immediately report injuries or health concerns to team management for safety purposes.
Any player found engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct, repeated absence without justification, intentional disruption of team unity, or refusal to follow official instructions may face disciplinary review.
5. Intellectual Property and Organizational Identity
The name "Association of Paschimpara Sports (APS)," including its logo, branding materials, photographs, videos, documents, event designs, and digital content, remains the exclusive property of APS. No individual or organization is permitted to use APS identity materials for commercial, promotional, or public purposes without prior written permission from APS management.
APS reserves the right to capture photographs and videos during events, training sessions, and tournaments for documentation, promotional activities, and historical records. By participating in APS activities, members grant APS permission to use such media for organizational purposes unless a written objection is submitted in advance.
6. Submission of Ideas, Content, and Suggestions
Members and participants may occasionally submit suggestions, ideas, designs, feedback, photographs, or other materials to APS for development purposes. By voluntarily submitting such content, the individual agrees that APS may use, modify, reproduce, or implement such materials for organizational improvement without financial compensation or additional approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
APS values member contributions but retains full discretion regarding whether submitted materials will be implemented.
7. Prohibited Activities
APS strictly prohibits any activity that threatens the safety, stability, or reputation of the organization. Prohibited activities include spreading false or misleading information about APS, creating internal conflicts, engaging in financial misconduct, organizing unauthorized events using the APS name, misusing organizational resources, or attempting to damage APS through social media or public platforms.
Any member found engaging in such actions may be subject to investigation and disciplinary measures including suspension or permanent removal.
8. Disciplinary Procedures and Enforcement
APS maintains the authority to enforce discipline in order to maintain order and fairness within the organization. If any member violates APS rules, the management committee may take actions including formal warnings, temporary suspension from activities, permanent membership termination, exclusion from tournaments, or other corrective measures deemed appropriate based on the severity of the violation.
All disciplinary decisions made by the APS management committee shall be considered final in order to maintain organizational stability and avoid unnecessary disputes.
9. Risk Acknowledgment and Liability Disclaimer
Participation in sports activities involves physical risks, including the possibility of injury. By participating in APS activities, members acknowledge these risks and accept personal responsibility for their participation. APS, its organizers, volunteers, and officials shall not be held legally responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during participation unless caused by proven gross negligence.
Members are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions and inform officials of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
10. Event and Tournament Regulations
All APS events and tournaments operate under specific rules designed to ensure fairness and safety. Participants must follow match schedules, respect referee decisions, and follow tournament-specific regulations. Any disputes must be submitted respectfully through official channels rather than through confrontation or disruptive behavior.
APS reserves the right to modify tournament formats, schedules, or rules when necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or organizational requirements.
11. Suspension and Termination of Membership
APS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual whose actions are determined to be harmful to the organization, its members, or its objectives. Grounds for termination may include repeated rule violations, serious misconduct, unethical behavior, or any action that damages the public image of APS.
Termination decisions will be made by APS leadership based on available information and organizational interest.
12. Amendments and Policy Updates
APS reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service whenever necessary for organizational growth, safety improvements, or operational needs. Members are responsible for staying informed about updated policies. Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
